"Ken has been a resident of Wichita Falls over 45years and a licensed real estate professional for 22 years. Transferred from Fredericksburg, Texas, he was introduced to Wichita Falls while he was stationed at Sheppard AFB. After his separation from the Air Force he attended Midwestern University and graduated in 1968. Since then the Wichita Falls economy and real estate markets have grown significantly. He is proud to have had a part in that growth through his real estate profession and looks forward to the City’s bright future and maintaining an active part in its continuing growth.

Ken specializes in marking and sales of all types of commercial properties. His special interests are in multi-family, retail and land. His 22 years in the real estate business have equipped him with the experience needed to get a job done in the least amount of time. “Pleasing my clients and customers is my primary objective.”

Ken participateds in civic volunteer work and has served on the Planning and Zoning Commission, Landmark commission and Airport Board of Adjustments. He is a member of the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors,  Texas and National Associations of Realtors. He and his wife, Betty, are members of First United Methodist Church."
